About The Reppond Team
The Reppond Team is Coldwell Banker???s number one producing team in Seattle. Jim and his team have a vast knowledge of the Seattle Real Estate Market and do whatever is needed to make the home buying or selling experience as smooth and profitable as possible.
Jim is the guy who started this team. He had a vision that you could have a highly successful real estate practice and still offer top quality service to clients. To accomplish that he felt it was important to keep the focus on the client and not let self-serving interests get in the way. That???s why from the very beginning, no one at The Reppond Team has ever practiced dual-agency representation. Jim???s background in technology has allowed him to develop systems that keep everything organized and has paved the way for the huge volume of business he currently handles.
Gina is The Reppond Team Transaction Coordinator. That means she handles all steps of the transaction from mutual acceptance, through closing. She???s the one who makes sure the earnest money gets deposited, opens up escrow, orders title, and coordinates with the mortgage lender. This is critical behind-the-scenes role that keeps everything moving and assures a smooth transaction with The Reppond Team. By the way, she also is a personal assistant to Jim, and helps keep his schedule from getting crazy.
Carriann is The Reppond Team Communications Coordinator. She helps manage the mountain of email that comes to us everyday. As one of the top Seattle real estate websites we receive literally thousands of inquiries every month. We know that people want and expect prompt and helpful responses to their inquiries over the internet, and she is the one that makes it happen. When someone needs help she either answers them right away herself or finds another Reppond Team member who can. Carriann is often the first point of contact for new clients.
Leann is an experienced agent who came to The Reppond Team from RE/MAX. She is knowledgeable in all facets of transaction management and is now a Buyers Agent. Her focus has been downtown condos, but is able to work with clients wherever they need assistance. She has a passionate energy that is evident to all and works very hard for her clients.
Leslie comes to The Reppond Team from John L Scott. She worked in the downtown office and has extensive knowledge of the the downtown market, as well as the surrounding Seattle area market. She has been in the real estate business as an agent for 6 years.
Donna Chen is a very dedicated and commited agent. She has a long background in customer service and works hard to make sure her clients find the right property for them. She speaks fluent Mandrian Chinese.
