If you believe everyone you talk to who lives in the Central District then Jimi Hendrix lived just about everywhere. It seems like everyone has a story about how he use to practice in their basement, or they were babysat by the same lady, or something. Well, according to the listing agent of this home, Jeff Valcik, this one is documented. Apparently in Jimi’s biography it talks about the three years he lived with the Wheelers. Well now it’s been renovated and it’s up for sale. The people who bought it to fix it up went all out. Everything has been updated from the foundation on up.
