I also live at Mosler, and was directly effected by the water problem. This was not a construction issue, but rather someone on the fourth floor who plugged their sink drain, turned on the water, and left for the day???

I live at Mosler. This problem was caused by a tennat leaving water on in a plugged sink and leaving the building for a long time. They did not leave a key with the front desk, so there was considerable water flowing down from the 4th floor before it was stopped. This was not a quality or construction issue. According to a Condo Insurance guy I talked with, this is the biggest cause of damage in downtown condos. You could/should shut off your water when gone for an extended time.

[...] The Seattle Specialist had a few interesting post. One wonders about water problems at newly constructed Mosler Lofts. Another talks about a broker only event at SLU. Apparently they have a brokers only website. Hmmmm. [...]
