South Lake Union Broker Event

This event was invitation only to select downtown Seattle real estate brokers. It was officially to launch the new ???Brokers Only??ť section of the South Lake Union Sales website. But it actually was mostly a ploy to get agent feedback via Elway Research survey (similar to those Nielson ratings boxes). It was kinda fun and I didn???t mind doing it, but there was not a lot of new information passed on.
It was interesting to note that Vulcan has quietly decided to put The Martin high-rise on hold for now. With construction costs as high as they are, and the inventory coming online over the next 2-4 years, they decided to hold off for now.

I did another Utterz audio-phone-in (attached below) to give a quick on the spot updated blog. I???ll try to add some video and photos too.
