  Maybe a silly question… What’s the difference between Coldwell Banker Bain and Coldwell Banker Danforth?

  Not a silly question at all, Matt. In fact I think most of the public could care less and never even notices the difference. We agents like to think people care a lot, but then we tend to have over-sized egos too.

  Bain and Danforth are both affiliate franchises. That means each franchise (with a number of offices) is independently owned and operated, and not owned by the national Coldwell Banker corporation. Many of the Coldwell Banker offices in other areas ARE owned by the national Coldwell Banker, especially back east and in California.

  Hi, I saw this post and found it interesting since I moved from Bain to Danforth. Both are great companies but Danforth takes better care of it’s employees and tends to only hire experienced agents.
